Welcome to Bay City OrthoCare!

If this is your visit to us, welcome! Our goal is to offer you impeccable service and to find the product that meets your doctor’s specifications and your needs in the best way possible. To that end, we take the time to fit each and every client. We want you to be comfortable with your equipment before leaving our office.

For custom and non-custom orders, we ask you bring to every appointment:

  • Your prescription (if filling a new order). We cannot fill an order without a doctor’s prescription.
  • Your insurance card.
  • Your photo I.D.

What to expect as a custom client:

We require custom-fit clients, and anyone looking for diabetic shoes, to make an appointment with a certified practitioner because custom fitting takes more time. Many custom orthotics and prosthetics are fabricated in our on-site labs and are always customized just for you. We can even work with you to display your favorite sports team or hobby on your prosthesis!
